CONDITIONS OF THE TRANSPORTATION CONTRACT
To be read : The Varsovia Convention can be applied if the passenger travel has a stop or a final destination in a country different from the departure country. The Varsovia Convention governs in the majority of cases and limit the responsibility of the carrier in case of death or body injuries as well as in case of lost or damaged luggage.
The transportation made with this ticket is subject to the rules and limitations of responsibility enacted by the Varsovia Convention, except in case of the transportation is not an international transportation in the mentioned way of the Convention.
However, in Monaco the responsibility of the carrier is governed by the Varsovia Convention and any Convention edicted to modificate it is applicable in Monaco even if the transportation is not international in the mentioned way of the Convention.
A detailled regulation is at your disposal upon request in the offices of the carrier.
The luggage delivery is made to the owner of the luggage ticket.
Any deposit will be lost in case of cancellation if the delay of a minimum of 4 hours before the flight is not Respected.
Heli Air Monaco keeps the right to :
- Modify the schedules without notice ;
- Accept to carry for free only the luggage with standard sizes (L.80cm, l.25 cm, H.50 cm) and less than 15 kg per passenger. Any excess luggage can be rejected.
The passengers must strictly follow the orders and instructions of the chief pilot and must keep their seatbelt on all along the flight.
Limit Cancellation Time : The passengers are informed that no refund will be made if the cancellation is not made one hour before the flight.
Limit Boarding Time : 15 minutes for national planes and 30 minutes for international planes.
The carrier is not responsable for the connection times.
In case of lawsuit, the competent Court is the one the the Principality of Monaco.
The tickets' validity is one year. After this period of time, any ticket won't be considered valid anymore.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Booking Conditions :
- At the booking, payment of an instalment equal to 50% of thr total price (including VAT), 100% wihtin 14 days before departure.
-The total amount for the booking must be paid at the latest 14 days before departure.
Cancellation Conditions :
- Less last 2 months before departure, the first instalment cannot be refunded.
-On or less than 14 days before departure, the total amount perceived cannot be refunded.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORTATION
The transport on HELI AIR MONACO is governed by the company's passengers and luggage conditions of use.
HELI AIR MONACO is not liable for itinerary, schedule, or helicopter type changes, and generally for all non-performances imposed by meteorological or technical condition, or by any other Force Majeure case.
Moreover, HELI AIR MONACO is committed to bring all necessary means into operation in oder to provide the so-called service in the shorter delays.
The luggage franchise is the same as the one alloted to individual passengers.
